LP ManCave Giveaway​
Lead Generation Promotion

​Results:

  • Nearly 300 qualified leads to Condron Homes

  • Time to sell out of remaining lots reduced by 2 years 

 

The LP ManCave is a very creative solution to solve the biggest request from a new customer. This promotion included radio ads across five Spokane, WA area stations for a month yielding hundreds of opt-in leads to a dedicated website (LPManCave.com).

A random number of the entries were selected to come to the Fall Festival of Homes for a chance to win the ManCave stuffed with prizes. With the increase in people touring the Condron entry for the festival, Condron Homes won the People's Choice Award for Best Home. 

​

The video was created to give other builders an example of what it means to partner with LP and gain access to my field marketing initiatives that grows their business.

Centennial Medical Plaza

​Result:

  • 11% increase in ER visits to Centennial Medical Plaza

 

Humor was the focus of this award-winning campaign developed for the emergency services at Centennial Medical Plaza. It centers around the “just in case” scenarios that happen on ice rinks, soccer pitches and golf courses—all the places the advertising appeared. 

 

The goal of the campaign was to develop a preference for the Centennial location. One of the most unique elements of this healthcare ad campaign is that no faces were shown, allowing viewers to use their imaginations. 

Quack Shack
Integrated Promotion
Result:
  • 8 homes sold with Quack Shack as first point of contact (Avg. home price in Eugene is $365,000)

 

This is an integrated promotion across multiple advertising tactics: mass media, social media, targeted digital ads and on-site activations. Plus, The Quack Shack became the hub of pre-game tailgating at a very desirable location - Autzen Stadium, home of University of Oregon football.

 

The video is a recap of the promotion spanning the football season. It also shows in-stadium promotion as the Quack Shack was donated to the Mt. Hood Kiwanis Camp at the end of the season. 

LP HouseParty
Activating the Sales Channel

  • 6,429 dealers/builders/remodelers educated

  • 148 first time user rebates distributed

  • 59 customer conversions / 537 Homes 

 

The LP HouseParty is an interactive mobile display dispatched to distribution channel locations as an active selling tool. The mobile display can host customer events at lumberyards throughout the Mountain and West regions. The Field Marketing team collaborated to create the LP HouseParty.

The video was created for dealers and lumberyards to create enthusiasm about bringing the LP HouseParty to their location for an education and sales event.

Creating Content
This article is a ray of hope during a tragedy originally posted on The Side Note. I was part of the crisis communications media team for The Medical Center of Aurora (TMCA). In the immediate aftermath of the Aurora Theater shooting, we received more than 350 media requests from around the globe. Reporters were looking for stories on first responders, emergency surgical response in a mass casualty incident, victim stories and first-hand accounts of the events in the theater. A major challenge was balancing the public need to know with presenting TMCA as a place of healing.

 

In addition, we were very aware that TMCA had 17 victims that needed to focus on recovery, not talking to journalists. A few days after the horrible event, Christian Bale, star of the movie, felt an obligation to express gratitude to the first responders and medical professionals in the midst of this crisis. I spent the afternoon escorting Christian to meet victims and hospital staff. I wrote this article, happy to find a positive story in the terrible tragedy.  â€‹
